“THE INTERMEDIARY” and “THE CLIENT” acknowledge that due to the purpose of this contract, they may have access to information that may contain personal data of them and/or people related to them, and that some personal data of “THE CLIENT” is contained in this contract. “THE INTERMEDIARY” and “THE OWNER” are obliged to observe the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, and to use them for the direct or indirect achievement of the object of this contract; as well as for the fulfillment of obligations derived from the current legislation in charge of “THE INTERMEDIARY”. This clause constitutes a privacy notice in terms of the referred order, for this purpose, “THE INTERMEDIARY” undertakes to maintain the aforementioned notice or any modification to it through the following email in which “THE CLIENT You will be able to know the current conditions of said notice.
“THE INTERMEDIARY” has a Personal Data Protection Department at the address that they have indicated as their conventional address for the purposes of this contract, also “THE CLIENT” may access, rectify and cancel their personal data, as well as oppose the treatment of the themselves or revoke the consent that for this purpose they have been granted with respect to each other, through the procedures that have been implemented for this purpose. You can find out about these procedures, the requirements and deadlines, by contacting the Department of Protection of Personal Data by email at the following address within the terms of the Privacy Notice and under strict compliance with the FEDERAL LAW OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN POSSESSION OF INDIVIDUALS (hereinafter and for the purposes of brevity LFPDPPP) “THE INTERMEDIARY” is authorized to, exclusively for statistical and market analysis purposes, report to the VALLARTA NAYARIT MLS Real Estate Exchange the amount agreed in the final deed regarding the operation that this document deals with specifically.
