I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek your permission to share photos and videos of your current and future properties listed in FLEX on my social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. This initiative aims to increase the visibility and reach of your properties, ultimately benefiting our shared goals.

Here’s how it will work:

Property Showcase: In each social media post, I will feature one of your properties along with a short description. This description will be sourced directly from the IDX MLS web, providing accurate and compelling details to potential buyers.

Links to Your Listing: To ensure interested parties can easily access more information, each post will include a link directing viewers to my IDX private website or Flex, where they can explore the property in greater depth.

Compliance with AMPI Rules and Regulations: To uphold the highest standards of professionalism, I will include the following disclaimer in every social media post:

“ALL INFORMATION IS BELIEVED TO BE RELIABLE, BUT NOT GUARANTEED. THE LISTINGS ON THIS SITE ARE DISPLAYED COURTESY OF THE AMPI VALLARTA NAYARIT MLS AND MAY NOT BE THE SITE OWNER’S LISTINGS.”

In cases where it is applicable, I will use the following variation:

“ALL INFORMATION IS BELIEVED TO BE RELIABLE, BUT NOT GUARANTEED. THE LISTINGS ON THIS SITE ARE DISPLAYED COURTESY OF THE AMPI VALLARTA NAYARIT MLS IDX PROGRAM AND MAY NOT BE THE SITE OWNER’S LISTINGS.”

In return for granting permission, please know that I am more than happy to reciprocate by promoting any of your listings on my social media channels. I will also include the same disclaimer to ensure that both parties are fully covered and in compliance with the AMPI Rules and Regulations.
